Since Tan Tan was founded as a small processing facility in 1984, we have constantly been learning to improve our manufacturing processes and the product quality to meet the increasing demands of consumers. For this reason, we invest heavily in R&D to come up with a wide variety of rich flavors and products to serve our consumers better. While Tan Tan constantly maintains and improves our signature products, we also strive to find new taste to better serve our consumers’ evolving tastes. These products were successfully launched and accepted by all groups of consumers. Currently, Tan Tan peanut brand is present everywhere within the domestic market, it can be founded from family kitchen to restaurants and café. The year 1997 marked an important milestone for Tan Tan as we expanded our office and factory to Binh Duong factory to better serve domestic and foreign consumers’ demands. The new site has an area of 45,000 m2 with over 800 employees. Since then, Tan Tan has more than 140 distributors, 40,000 retail outlets and achieved 80% of market share in the country.
In terms of foreign markets, Tan Tan has successfully exported to the United States, Korea, China, Nigeria, and Cuba. This was achieved partly by the heavy investment in R&D to improve the manufacturing processes using advanced technology from Italy, US, Malaysia, Spain, Thailand, Japan and China. In order for consumers to recognize Tan Tan’s effort in improving product quality, we constantly strive to meet the rigorous requirements of different food organizations, for example, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
To ensure the quality and supply of peanuts, the main raw ingredient in our production, Tan Tan has been supporting farmers in provinces of Binh Duong, Cu Chi, Tra Vinh and Nghe An by providing new and high quality seeds. This in turn help local farmers feel more secure about the crop production yields after each harvest, before they are delivered to the factory for production.
